Our 6-day tour itinerary from Casablanca to Marrakech via the Sahara desert of Merzouga is your way to experience the beauty of our country. The start will be in the city of Casablanca. We will visit the city of Fes and offer you a guided tour with a local guide who will accompany you and explain to you the history of the city.

The next destination will be the highlight of all our Morocco tours which is the desert of Merzouga. On the way, we will visit Ifrane, Azrou, and Ziz Valley. Once arriving at Merzouga, you will have the chance to try plenty of activities like camel riding, camping, visiting Gnaoua people, and more.

Next, will explore such beautiful places. We will visit the grand canyons of Todgha and Dades Gorges, the city of cinema Ouarzazate, and the Berber fortress of Ait Benhaddou. The end of our 6-day tour from Casablanca will be at the city of Marrakech, the most visited city in Morocco.

Itinerary

The start of our 6 days tour itinerary from Casablanca to Marrakech will be at the biggest city in Morocco, Casablanca. If you arrive early, you will have the chance to visit the mosque of Hassan II, the biggest mosque in Morocco, and the seventh in the world. After that, we will hit the road towards the capital city of Morocco, Rabat. There, we will drive to see the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of Les Oudayas. The latter is located on the southern side of the Rabat estuary. This building is remarkable with its blue and white walls.

Besides, we will visit the Marinid necropolis of Chellah. Later, we will drive towards the city of Fes and spend the night there in one of its riads.

Day 2 :
Fes Tour

On this day of our 6 days tour from Casablanca, we will discover the city of Fes with a local guide. To start, we will head to discover the old Medina of Fes el Bali from the outside. Next, we will go to see the Royal Palace with its seven golden gates. Thereafter, we will head to get a wonderful panoramic view of the whole city from the Borj Nord. This place is located on a mountain.

After that, we will visit the university of al Quaraouiyine, which is recognized by Guinness World Records and UNESCO as the world’s oldest continually running university. Finally, we will visit the Chouara tannery, the largest of the four historic tanneries that still remain in the heart of Fes’ medina. Overnight in a local riad.

On the third day of our 6 days tour itinerary from Casablanca, we will head to the highlight of our Morocco tours, the Merzouga desert. On the way, we will make a few stops to see some interesting places and attractions. First of all, we will make a stop to see the city of Ifrane, the cleanest city in the whole country. We will head to see the statue of Atlas lion and get to know its interesting story. Next, we will drive to Cedar forest where the Barbary Macaque lives. You will have the chance to feed them and take some nice shots.

Our next stop will be at Ziz valley. It is a large area of palm trees crossed by Oued Ziz. There, you will have the chance to take some nice pictures. Later on, we will arrive at Merzouga Sahara desert and take you to relax at your accommodation.

On the fourth day of the 6 days tour from Casablanca, we will discover the Sahara desert of Merzouga. We will start by visiting Morocco National 4X4 Auto Museum where you can see some wonderful old cars. Then, we will head to Khamlia to enjoy Gnaoua music played by locals. Thereafter, we will visit the mine of Mifis, where people used to extract salt and mascara. Later, we will move to visit a Berber family who still lives in a tent. We will get to know them and see how they live.

Our next destination will be the lake of Srij. It is a place where Migratory birds like ducks and flamingos settle. Also, it is a perfect place to take some nice pictures of Merzouga’s small villages. After visiting the lake of Srij, we will head to visit the Oasis of Hassi Labied. Later, at the end of the day, we will take you by camels across the desert of Erg Chebbi to a Berber camp to spend the night there. Our team will sit fire and play drums for you.

On this day of our 6 days tour itinerary from Casablanca to Marrakech, we will hit the road to visit the grand canyons of Dades gorges. On the way, we will see the old system of irrigation in the region of Fezna. Then, we will pay a visit to a cooperative of Berber’s clothes. After that, we will head to visit Todgha goges, which are far 15 kilometers from Tinghir. They are the doorway to the High Atlas Mountains, with their massive limestone cliffs.

The next destination will be Dades gorges. We will head to see the monkey toes, a geological formation that resembles the fingers of a monkey. Also, we will see the curves of Tisdrine. Overnight in Dades.

On the last day of our tour itinerary of 6 days from Casablanca that ends in Marrakech, we will see some interesting places on the way. To start, we will see the rose valley of Kelaat Megouna. Then, we will hit the road to the city of Ouarzazate to see the Atlas movie studios. Next, we will go to see the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a famous Berber fortress in Morocco where plenty of movies and TV shows were filmed.

At the end of the day, we will drive across the high Atlas mountains through Tichka passes to the red city of Marrakech. We will make a stop at the point of 2260 m for a nice panoramic view from the top. We can also make another stop at a cooperative argan oil if you are interested in buying something. After that, we will arrive at Marrakech and take you to the airport or to your accommodation.
